Travel Resources
Embarking on a journey today can feel daunting, but worry not! See below for an invaluable collection of essential resources. Together, we'll ensure your travel experience is not only safe but also incredibly rewarding.
Passports & visas
For international travel, U.S. citizens must have a valid passport, often with at least six months of validity beyond their travel dates, and may also need a visa depending on the destination country’s entry requirements. Appointments fill up fast, and the process can take up to three months, so make sure to schedule as soon as you make your travel plans.
Uketa
If you’re planning a trip to the United Kingdom, there’s a new travel rule you need to be aware of. Starting January 8, 2025, U.S. citizens—and travelers from other countries that don’t need a visa for short visits—will need to apply for a UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before they can enter the UK.
Etias authorisation
The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is a new entry requirement for non-EU nationals from 59 visa-exempt countries travelling to 30 European countries. Travellers will be requested to have the ETIAS authorisation before coming to Europe. To get one, you will need to apply online. Find out more about the authorisation in this website.
